Next we provide you with space plans that incorporate all your various requests, provide preliminary costing and allow you to raise any concerns or queries and also identify any new issues that are to be reviewed. - Propose
We will then based on these conversations provide draft plans, outline costings to determine realistic project budgets and draft proposals on project timing schedules. - Decision
At this point final versions of the plans, costings and timing schedules are provided

Our experts will make a full site survey taking detailed briefings from your staff.
This information is then translated onto the plan. Utilising the latest CAD technology our designers then optimise the use of your space.
A presentation is then made to you the client and reviewed with you.
Any revisions as required can then be incorporated until finally the best plan for your space is agreed.
