We understand that there are not only the physical needs of the business to move from one location to another but also requirements from the business and staff that have to be understood in this process so as to ensure that business can continue throughout the relocation.

Relocation and Move Management Storage

If you need to temporarily downsize or have excess furniture that needs to be stored what options are open to you? At Inchoak we can provide you with a solution at a very keen price.

We can provide you with storage at premises that have an up to date alarm system, coupled with 24 hour CCTV recording.

For small accounts storage boxes are available from 250 cubit feet for as little as £12 per week. Each unit is self contained and offer a dust free environment with the minimal risk of damage.

If you have larger quantities to be stored we can offers bulk storage facilities in our own warehouse for both long and short term storage.

In order to ensure there is minimal disruption to you we can arrange to visit your site, dismantle the furniture ourselves and then take it back to our storage facility. Each item is logged and recorded into our system for easy retrieval by yourselves when required.

Crate Hire

Crate HireHiring crates is a cost effective method of organising and packing up your files, papers, computers and other items when planning an office move or relocating your business.

Why Crates?
Transportation of everything from one office to another in these crates is ideal for either a short or long term solution. The crates are manufactured from strong plastic and are both sealable and stackable. Also available for purchase are labels which can be attached at the ends of the crates to assist with identifying their contents. This is ideal especially when having to prepare a filing system for transportation.

Protecting IT Equipment
We can also provide a Computer Crate, which has been specially designed to hold a PC, monitor and keyboard, as well as the wires, securely and safely to protect the contents.  We also suggest however that to prevent damage, anti-static bubble wrap is used rather than regular bubble wrap on all electrical items.
